About Us
| Our Hespeler site opened in the northeast part of Cambridge and has been very successful over its four year history. The site has grown to employ three full time physiotherapists and offers massage therapy services. We are pleased to offer Pilate's instruction by Anita, our certified Pilate's instructor. Anita is a registered physiotherapist and as a result can offer a unique, progressive integration to exercises for those with chronic pain complaints. Managing partner Jay Patel uses this bright, spacious clinic to offer the residents of Hespeler convenience and excellence in orthopaedic physiotherapy. |

Jay Patel, BSc (PT), Registered Physiotherapist, Partner A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Jay has studied Manual Therapy and Orthopedic courses. He has a strong background in manual therapy, active release and exercise prescription. His clinical interests lie in shoulder, back, knee, ACL and surgery rehabilitation, as well as sport injuries, including soccer and hockey. A local resident, Jay supports community programs and charities. |

Carla Placido, BSc (PT), MCPO , Registered Physiotherapist A graduate of the University of Toronto, Carla is practiced in Acupuncture and Manual Therapy (Level 3). Her clinical interests lie in the areas of back rehabilitation, acupuncture and low back core stability training. As someone who loves exercise, she has a strong background in manual therapy. |

Carolyn Rutledge BSc Hon, MPT, MCPO , Registered Physiotherapist
A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Carolyn is experienced in Acupuncture (Level 1), Orthopedics (Level 2) and Upper and Lower Extremity Therapy. Her clinical interests lie in knee and neck rehabilitation. Carolyn is a resident of Cambridge.

Tamara McIver, Registered Massage Therapist Tamara has completed a 3 year Massage Therapy Diploma from Sir Sanford Fleming College. She has also completed the Ontario registration examinations in June 2006 and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). In June of 2007, Tamara also received extra training in myofascial release and a prenatal course through Trimesters massage therapy education. |

Jane Esbaugh, C.K. Jane is a registered Kinesiologist she helps patients in the clinic with their exercise program. |

Phyllis Chislett, Office Manager Phyllis joined EPA Hespeler staff in the summer of 2008. She is your contact person for booking appointment and for all billing issues. |
