Jay Patel, B.Sc.(P.T.)., Registered Physiotherapist, Partner

Jay is a partner at EPA Hespeler. He graduated with distinction from Western University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science (P.T.) and a mathematics degree. Jay has finished his Intermediate levels in Manual Therapy. His areas of interest are sports and orthopaedic injuries.

Carla Placido, B.Sc.(P.T.)., CAFCI, Registered Physiotherapist

Carla graduated from the University of Toronto in 2003 and has been with EPA since 2004. She also graduated from the University of Guelph with a degree in Human Kinetics in 2000. Carla has completed her Level 1 and 2 Manual Therapy courses as well as the Level 3 Upper. She is also fully certified in Acupuncture through the AFCI. Her clinical areas of interest are the back and foot. Carla is currently on maternity leave.

Michelle Arsenault, Registered Physiotherapist

Michelle is the newest member to the EPA Hespeler team. She graduated with a Masters of Physical Therapy from d'Youville College in Buffalo, NY. Michelle completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Western Ontario with an Honors Bachelor of Health and Science degree. She is looking forward to challenging the Level 1 and 2 of the Manual Therapy courses as well as her acupuncture levels.

Tamara McIver, Registered Massage Therapist

EPA is proud to offer the Registered Massage therapy services of Tamara in conjunction to physiotherapy. Appointments can be made by calling the Hespeler clinic directly.

Phyllis Chislett, Office Manager

Phyllis joined the EPA Hespeler staff in the summer of 2008. She is your contact person for booking appointments and for all billing issues.

Nikki Nugent, Receptionist

Nikki can be found working the desk in the evenings. She is your contact person for booking appointments.
