Motor Vehicle Accident Program -

At EPA we believe in an active approach where the client plays a major role in their treatment. Our MVA program follows the scientific basis for tissue healing, where there is an acute, sub-acute and chronic phase of healing*. In each phase the client must receive education concerning the importance of their active role in complying with treatment, following through with treatment recommendations and setting their return to previous level of activity goals.

During their program, clients are evaluated monthly by a physiotherapist and treatment is delivered and progressed by a physiotherapist .

In addition each client has the opportunity to have their functional abilities testing. This information ensures a safe return to their previous accident status.

*General time references for simple tissue healing, time frames may vary depending on the nature and severity of the injury
